Fast train across France from UK to Spain?

    Eurostar train to Paris (more regular but different station)
    or Lyon (less trains but same station)

    change to reach Barcelona (TGV)
    then commuter train to Sitges

    (Eurostar tickets/route via seat61.com, loco2 or captaintrain online, more than flying)
